I would not recommend using these. There's much better companies around. The telematics is ridiculous and marked him red for going around a corner at 14phr on a journey i do every day and i know this is not excess speed for my son. The plan is defiantly to get as much money out of people as they can. Complete rip off. Also, when they want to charge you an extra £250 they are unable to take a natwest payment and tell you to ask a friend!! Not professional at all.
Don’t use this insurance company they try and scam you out of money. I made a slight error on a policy and they tried to charge me 50% more just to change your name on the policy but when I went to try and search again changing the details correctly, there was no difference in the price so there was just trying to scam meBUT THE PROBLEM WAS YES THE INFORMATION WAS INCORRECT SLIGHTLY BUT YOU TRIED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER 50% WHEN IF I WENT ONTO YOUR WEBSITE AND ENTER THE DETAILS CORRECTLY THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY THE SAME THAT I WAS QUOTED AT THE BEGINNING SO IN OTHER WORDS YOU’RE TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN SEE THERE’S MANY OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING AS WELL BAD SERVICE BAD COMMUNICATION YOU CAN’T TALK TO ANYONE WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A CHAT. WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO?

Do not use this company, would be my recommendation. I found insurance elsewhere for almost half the cost of Marmalade. Then when we cancelled the policy with them, within the cooling off period, they had the cheek to try and charge a £10 fee!!! We had the policy for less than 1 hour!! Safe to say I have registered a complaint and will go to the FOS , if they don’t refund my £10
