After encountering difficulties from our present insurer regarding them adding my son to our existing policy, I asked the lady from LV was there anyone who she knew of who could meet our needs (provisional driver insurance) and she pointed me in the direction of Marmalade
Cancelled my policy after 48 days without any warning. All setup with direct debit. Claimed missing ID? Claimed I opened emails I never received. First ever in 20+ years. Claimed they did'nt receive Identity details when they used them in the application form? Actually, they are a middle man, and their finance co has different requirements they don't disclose or integrate day1. Made up spurious cancellation, adjustment and finance charges for 48 days cover. Sent me a settlement figure. Paid it. Sent another settlement figure without explanation, remains queried and referred it to debt collectors. Impossible to contact. The worst experience of my motor insurance life. FCA complaint and hours of time to resolve. So poor.
