Correction: i realized i confused with another company. Just i can say that even though they claim they support wpml but their solution is not fully compliant with WPML and i could not use their solution due to this

Referring to the import export pro plugin it works really well. It is simple to use and the support from the team is amazing. We have another plugin which was making it difficult to update pricing and Mark wrote a custom snippet to get the import and export to work which now means simple pricing updates.

Bought access to a plugin to help improve visibility and sales which worked perfectly out of the box, the plugin suggested to try an additional package. Unfortunately this was looping round a couple of screen and wouldn't connect to my site.Reached out to support team, and Mark was able to resolve the issue.
