I contacted support to see if it was possible to make a few changes to the Gift Card product page. Within a couple of days, Mark and his team wrote code to address each of my three concerns. Once I confirmed it all worked, they combined it into one integrated piece of code for my site. Communication throughout was very clear and efficient. It was an excellent support experience for me.
Web Toffee was very responsive. We had to go back and forth to diagnose the issue and Mark was extremely professional and technically savvy. The problem was not with the plugin, but with the platform that my Woo Commerce site was built on. Mark and his team provided the necessary code that fixed the issue. I was very pleased with Web Toffee's timeliness to remedy the situation and would not hesitate to refer them.
Normally, we rarely run into problems with the Wordpress plugins we choose because they tend to be solid ones. Most of the time when we do hit a problem, it's to do with initial set up, as was the case with the Packing slip and Invoice plugin. A few back and forth exchanges with Mark at WebToffee got us past our issue and I don't expect to need their help again.
