After everything worked perfectly for a year, we encountered a problem, possibly due to updates, and could no longer see everything on our ProForma PDF. We reported the problem to their support team and everything was sorted out within 48 hours. Everything is working perfectly again. It's only when you have a problem that you realize how quickly a good (plugin) company can solve it. They did it quickly and correctly!
The plugin has been excellent for our needs, but what has been even better has been the customer support. We asked for some custom additions to be added to our invoice and packing slips that are "out of the box" options. Mark and the team at Webtoffee wrote us a few lines of code, helped navigate insertion and ensured everything was set up and running smoothly.
