Well Polished – Faversham. I am very satisfied with the service as a whole. The assigned cleaner is truly exceptional! They needed no time getting settled in with our household (3 kids and 4 house cats). They have always been punctual with the agreed-upon time slot and paid great attention to detail while cleaning. My dealings with the agency itself have also been very positive. They were quick in responding to my initial inquiry and have been polite and helpful throughout our communication. Within a week of contacting them, they had already arranged for us to meet the cleaner. They also discussed all costs upfront, ensuring you are fully aware of what you will be paying.

Had a good experience with the cleaning staff for several months, but decided to cancel and go with a different company due to the poor management of the area manager. Messages would frequently go unread, and notice of changes to the time and date were extremely last minute.Since cancelling in February I am still being charged the monthly management fee, despite contacting the area manager several times and being told it was cancelled. I also contacted the main office and they were unable to help, and instead forwarded the message to the area manager.The charge isn't even registered as a direct debit so it isn't possible to manually cancel from my bank account.Extremely disappointing service, and I've lost £70 from my account over the last four months with absolutely nothing to show for it.
Well Polished - Watford area manager seemed really nice to start with. Sent me pricing information. I requested a little more clarification regarding the prices and she went missing. She didn’t respond to emails, calls or text messages. I’m glad I didn’t part with any money and get into a long-term weekly arrangement. My understanding was the whole reason behind paying the agency fee was to be able to communicate any questions etc. The Radlett area manager didn’t even respond to the query through the website!
I was nervous about organising a cleaner for my elderly aunt but Charlotte at Well Polished organised everything perfectly. My aunt has done her own cleaning for over 60 years and is very particular. However I needn’t have worried. The cleaner is great and lives up to my aunts high standards. Can’t recommend Well Polished enough. You won’t be disappointed.
