I’ve been using Well Polished for around 10 years now. Firstly when I lived in Hertfordshire and then since 2018 after moving back to Glasgow. Donna has been our cleaner since then and is very reliable, always on time, just gets on with her routine around the house and does a great job every time. We’ve moved house again recently, had a break over Covid and Donna has just adapted and always there. Highly recommend!
Well Polished in EK found me a cleaner for my elderly parents. John took the stress out of finding someone I could trust. Maureen is great. Friendly, efficient and reliable. My parents are comfortable with her and delighted to have her help keep the house clean.
Maureen has been fantastic. She's always very polite and professional. She never misses anything and even helps with changing the bed sheets when required. She fast but thorough. We always look forward to her visit, because we know she does a great job.
This is the first time I've ever given a bad review, I always try and find something positive. We've been with Well Polished Bournemouth for 6 weeks. 2 weeks cleaners went sick, 1 week complete no show, 1 week day changed, a change of management (seemingly for the worse) and we've had 3 different cleaners. No refund for a no show as we were offered a clean the following week, just a few days before the next routine clean. One cleaner used stainless steel polish to clean laminate kitchen work surfaces and another tried to use bees wax furniture polish on the basins and sinks. We have forfeited our notice period fees as we really don't want anymore cleaners from this company anywhere near our home. There are no redeeming qualities for this company.
