I’ve been using ChatGPT to keep track of my daily calories,however it doesn’t reliable save and display the data in charts and that’s why I really like welling.it kinda works in the same way, but then organized my inputs into daily calories, macros and meals.Very happy with it so far
I saw reviews on Youtube of how well designed this app is, everything I heard was true. It is so easy to use and has so many features to customize to you need: meal plans, pre-calculated macros, recipes. I love that it counts down how many macros and remaining calories you have left and it offers very simple to read charts and graphs to track your progress. It also has a easy save function for foods you eat often. I used Lose It before and it was fine, but this one is way easier and faster and even after 3 days l'm already making better choices because I enjoy tracking and the AI gives me great suggestions for healthier swaps and I want to do well for the AI, it sounds a bit strange I know but it's just another tool to encourage you to stick to your goals. I could not love this app any more. The developers obviously put a lot of thought into this and it's just a delight to use. I have a family so I don't have time to mess around with complicated tracking apps and this one makes it possible for me to stick to my goals while loving a real life. It is sustainable and I look very forward to the results I get because someone created this incredible app.
I have a busy IT day job where I found it difficult to control my diet. I've found Welling to be the most simple app to use for calorie tracking. It helps me with knowing exactly what I am eating and how it’s helping me reach my goals.
My trainer told me about Welling and I've been using it consistently for the past month. I have used quite a few calorie trackers before like MyFitnessPal or even new ones like Cal AI, but I like Welling because it's the easiest to use and it has a simple dashboard. The AI is pretty accurate, but sometimes take a few seconds longer to get the estimation back. The barcode scanner is good too, but I travel often in Asia and it sometimes may not have an item there, but fair enough. Overall pretty happy with it.
