Was greated as soon as I walked in the store. I walked up the isle and someone greeted me again and offered to help me find what I needed. I knew what I wanted but had a question about another product. 'Mou' was very knowlegeable about the product and made good suggestions. I picked up my purchases and she even helped me take my bulky packages to the checkout. I noticed other people coming in the store and people were getting greeted as they came in. It was a nice experience thanks to 'Mou' who really was really helpful.

very upsetting experience. negative customer's experience-sale assistant not able to find the order in the drawer for 30 minutes, until another person came to help-given wrong product. How possibly sale assistant can call customer and say: your order is ready for pick up without verifying?-even more. How sale assistant can give the order into customer's hands without checking again? I had to come back asking for exchange because was given wrong product.
I went to wellwise in Brampton on Kennedy Rd to get help with my CPAP machine.I was greeted and helped by Wing and she was so helpful. She assessed the mask I had and saw that it was not a good fit. She took the time to explain how each mask worked and after trying a few I was able to choose one that I’m sure will be good for me. The general atmosphere in this store us very pleasant
I recently had an ostomy and ordered supplies from Wellwise on-line. A recent order of over $750 was paid immediately but waited more than 2 weeks for delivery, despite repeated emails to customer service. I checked with other suppliers and now realize the products are overpriced. This along with poor customer service and delivery, has left me angry and frustrated. Ostomy supplies are a medical necessity - I will plan better and find a more reliable and affordable provider.
Did an order online, after 2 days I had to send an email wondering what was happening. They replied fast tho but they told me it was back order. It's medical stuff so lucky me I have the money to back me up or some stuff left over or else I will had been screwed.
Went for a CPAP prescription. Initially the individual looking after me explained that I could get the CPAP when I was ready to start. When we got to the end I asked to wait because I was going on a trip in a week. Then the pressure started I could take it with me everyone does on and on we went. I finally stupidly relented without considering the new airline rules on baggage charges. Tried 3 times to connect with the manager at the Barrie Wellwise, ignored.
This is the worst company I have ever come across, absolutely useless. As well I have unsubscribed from their emails 4 times to have them constantly send more. So I’m reporting them to the CRTC. I would not recommend this company, in fact I suggest you look elsewhere unless you want to be harassed none stop.
