NUMBER NINE £199 ticket for Sidemen Charity Match - this was MEANT to include hospitality but what was provided was SHOCKING - one small terrible meal each per ticket (fried chicken pieces and about 6 dried out chips each or veggie burger or the flattest driest old pizza) were only options. Freezing cold with AC stuck on - cans of drink and the apparent drinks and cookies at half time non existent - seats were so far away from the lounge it took 12 min each way to walk to and from - staff were rude when we asked about drinks and cookies - literally the worst hospitality ever anda we do Club Wembley, Green Room at Twickenham and Wimledon - honestly shocking and NOT worth the money - would have been better off just buying a cheap meal at the concession - food was better and more plentiful

Went to see England v Spain for a family experience. We had a smallish rucksack to carry extra jumpers. Entered the stadium and then jumped on by over officious and rude security guards telling us we had to get rid of the rucksack as it was bigger than a sheet of A4 paper. We took out the jumpers and rolled it up (I could have rolled it into my coat pocket but this wasn’t allowed) and bag had to leave the stadium, or it would be thrown away.So I had to split from my family and find the official ‘bag drop’ where I saw 500 other equally bemused people who had been refused entry, queuing todrop similar sized items. It’s a money making rouse too, as they charged £10 for the pleasure of holding my empty rucksack. So I dropped the empty bag and then had to find the ticket office to reactivate my entry ticket. This all took 45 minutes and as a result I missed the first 25 minutes of the match, then had to leave 15 minutes early to try to miss the rush of people trying to retrieve their belongings too.No one could give me a reason why my slightly bigger than an A4 sheet bag wasn’t allowed in!Well done Wembley for providing a memorable experience… but not a good one!
As a Stockport County fan, I didn't enjoy the football at the Vertu Trophy final yesterday, but I was really impressed with the Wembley team. 'Spotters' were at Wembley Park station, looking out for people with mobility issues and saw me with my walking stick. They asked if I needed help getting to the stadium (I had been dreading the walk), told me that shuttle buses were being provided & where to get one from. I was dropped off by the main stairs in front of the stadium (any closer & the bus would be in the building) and shown where to find people who could help me after that. I was taken in a wheelchair to within 5 steps of my seat. After the game had finished, they were waiting with a wheelchair to take me back to the shuttle bus. All the staff were so friendly, helpful & polite and made a huge difference to my day. Special thanks to the team in Club Wembley, block 251, as they kept an eye out, making sure I was ok while there.
WOW what a shocking ticket fiasco been on hold for 1 hour 59 to the access line voicemail message after 1 hour 40 changed to be told callers still in queue to stay on line waited a further 20 minutes then they terminated the call without actually speaking to me SHAMBLES
I was not made aware that I could not take my rucksack in until arriving, had to use stash, missed the best part of the gig as no time info was provided when booking my bag on stash, the shop closed at 10:30, the gig finished at 11 - my bag drop off on stash was 10-11 so thought I’d have time, at no point was I advised the shop where I deposited my bag would shut at 10:30 until getting there. At which point I had no choice. 15 minute walk to the shop from the gig. Don’t take a rucksack,There should be a cloakroom or a place to put bags at the arena.
Love the stadium and atmosphere but completely spoilt by having to arrive late and leave early to drop my bag which I had no idea was a problem. Gutted b/c it was my son’s first ever game. The ‘bag drop’ was 15 mins away and took another ten mins to queue then cost me £10 per bag. I had two. Disgusting abuse of their position.
Worst venue I’ve been to a concert. People at the back throwing beer down on people below. So much so that the gangways were like a skating rink. So dangerous to walk on. Loads of people vaping but not a steward in sight. Never go and see a concert here. Loads of stewards but not doing a thing.
