Don't buy parts from f c p. Even though you ordered the right part , you will get a wrong part and then have to pay for the return shipment. I bought a part for a total of twenty six dollars , That was delivered wrong part and the return fee for shipment was $18. That's outrageous and wrong. Last time I bought something from them.

EU customers beware.
Checkout clearly showed Tax: €0.00, giving the impression that no additional charges would apply. After delivery, I was charged 21% VAT + import fees by FedEx.
The website is not clear for EU customers, and customer support stopped responding outside PayPal. Lack of transparency makes it hard to trust this company for international shipments.

I understand that FCP Euro is based in the USA and that import taxes and duties are determined by the destination country. My concern is not about who controls these charges, but about how the information was presented at checkout before payment.

At the time of purchase, the checkout summary clearly displayed “Tax: $0.00”, alongside the subtotal, shipping costs, and total amount. There was no clear or prominent notice stating that mandatory 21% EU VAT and import-related charges would certainly be charged upon delivery.

While a general statement mentioned that additional taxes may apply, this wording was vague and insufficient, especially when the checkout explicitly showed zero tax. Based on this information, I reasonably assumed that the amount shown at checkout was the final amount payable.

This issue is therefore about pricing transparency at checkout, not about U.S. law or carrier control. I remain open to a fair and reasonable resolution.

Disappointing experience with incorrect part

I ordered a power steering reservoir for my vehicle online. There were no warnings about fitment issues or requests for a VIN. When the part arrived, it was around 20% larger than the original, and the outlet tubes were also much bigger than the hoses for the power steering pump. I reached out to the support team, and they suggested I should have consulted a parts specialist before ordering. They could have used my VIN to ensure I received the right part. My first concern is that their website had no such recommendation, nor was I alerted to potential issues during the order process. I then called the manufacturer, who confirmed that for my model year, there was only one reservoir used for all models. Now, my vehicle is disassembled, and the seller does not have the correct tank. They mentioned a refund would be issued upon return, but there was no offer to cover shipping or the $20 worth of power steering fluid wasted. I trust the manufacturer, but I feel let down by this seller—they either misidentified the part or miscataloged it. Instead of providing genuine customer service, they seem to deflect blame and leave customers frustrated. I've given them several chances to address my concerns, but they remain unresponsive and evasive.

LIARS! Cheap Dropshippers!

Because of these liars that I can call assholes definitely. I lost my job and got stuck for 5 days with drained transmission. I paid for express delivery and choose them because of that service because I needed that part as soon as possible and today I supposed to receive it but I just discovered that tracking just updated and I have to wait another 3 days because this cheap liars use the cheapest service with tracking which showed nothing 2 days in case when I paid extra to get it fast. After a 2 hour phone calls they got rid of me because business day is over we can't handle your call anymore that's what they done! I don't need the refund I already lost a lot of money and my job because of this guys don't buy from them they are cheap dropshippers they don't own any inventory they don't control anything!! Ontrac.com did anyone heard about this they using this cheap service as express service this is ridiculous. In fact $30 item cost me over $3,000 and my job. Not recombinant at all I believe other marketplaces never let them to sell on their place because they don't know how to operate this is insane I can go get groceries I got stuck for 5 days in case when I choose express delivery and this I even can call a service or website this is something new! So after this if someone decides to buy something from them good luck you will be lied about estimated delivery time you will be stuck and spend a lot of more money! Go get your parts from eBay or other marketplaces these guys are super cheap and have no respect to their customers! I will make sure to leave this review everywhere just to feel that I paid something back because they ruined all my plans and I lost my job cuz for my job I need this particular car know any other car! Again save your time and buy your stuff from somewhere else. If you just looking for a problems that's the best place otherwise stay away from them!

So recently I ordered a brake kit for my Mercedes. The wrong size supplied but to find out I fitted one and the caliper wouldn’t fit. Boxed it back up and sent a return and claim denied due to dirt and the retaining screw hole having a mark. No shit Sherlock when your talking an inch different sized rotor not something that stands out easily. So $868 for rotors plus another $100 to send them back and well I won’t use them again.

I have been purchasing bmw parts from FCP Euro since 2012…They have the same genuine bmw dealer quality parts but at a reduced price. But over the years they are approaching dealer part prices but offer a lifetime warranty return whereas dealers offer only 2yr warranty…So the lifetime warranty is a marketing strategy is to incentivize you to purchase from FCP Euro…But what has happened is that as easy as it is to purchase and receive parts…is that it will feel like a lifetime for them to process and credit/refund your returns…For the most part the Lifetime warranty return program is a gimmick…After you package and pay for shipping to return your used part: after first having to purchase your new part…only to have the company ghost you and your return…Buy the parts because you want the part…But don’t buy the part because you think you will get a credit for the return…Nope you will spend money for the new part…you will spend money to ship the old part back and in the end you have spent more for the part than getting it at a dealership…Thanks FCP…4-stars for parts and shipping 2(actually more like 1-star)-stars for Lifetime Warranty Progam…

While I have appreciated the company in the past, my recent experiences with their fulfillment department have caused me to lose confidence. I have repeatedly faced issues with:Incorrect parts: Receiving the wrong components for my order, which has caused significant delays in my repairs.Missing items: Orders arriving with pieces missing, indicating a lack of thoroughness in the packing process.Shipping discrepancies: On multiple occasions, I have paid for expedited, 'next-day' shipping, only to have the order sent via a slower service like UPS Ground. I was still charged for the more expensive express shipping, which feels like false advertising and poor accountability. These repeated errors suggest that there is a serious need for an overhaul of FCP Euro's fulfillment department. It is frustrating to invest time and money in a company that is not consistently delivering on its promises. I hope FCP Euro takes these concerns seriously and works to regain the trust of its customers."
