I can’t believe how smoothly the whole process was from start to finish! Tugce, the organiser, an absolutely amazing lady was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. She gave me my quote and organised the team, and set me up with my service coordinator. You are never left on your own and since my return back to England she is still in contact making sure I’m ok and there if I need any further assistance. I recommend this company 100 %. Wow!!! Such a great team of people at the clinic especially Irem who always made sure we were happy step by step updating us with information and appointment process each day, all so comforting and caring making sure I was happy, I was so scared of the dentist but Irem made me feel at ease and was always there to reassure me . I cannot describe how happy I am with my lovely new teeth, and able to smile with confidence. Thank you all at western dental couldn't have been in safer hands Irem is a great asset to your company xxx
Irem & ILayda were EXCELLENT through the whole week & were so attentive 2 beautiful people, & not to forget my Dentist Cagil who was EXCELLENT always asking how am I feeling during the procedure if I was in pain just so attentive & giving good post OP advise, just a pity the advise was not on a printout(maybe a little card). Bring a bit extra money for unexpected work(Filling's & so on) but it's all worth it. There was a mishap with the Hotel reservations and was put into the incorrect hotel on the 1st night which Irem, ILayda & the manger addressed so hold onto paying in full until you are in the hotel promised, keep it in writing. Apart from the hotel mishap everything else was great.My son is now looking at getting work done from Western Health Turkey
One word which sums this company up…..AMAZING….. my journey from start to finish was so smooth nothing was to much trouble and with my first encounter with ezgi she put me at ease and persuaded me to choose Western health and im so glad i did, even from the pick up from hotel and to and from clinic everyone was polite and welcoming. My translator ilayda was superb and with me most of the time during treatment.I suffer massive fear and anxiety with dentists let alone going to a different country to have major work done but my god what a job dr pinar did, she was brilliant her English was fab and she put my fears to rest but better than that the job she did on my smile is amazing never have i been able to smile this much and feel so much more confident. So please if your thinking of having dental work done choose western health nothing is to much trouble and patient satisfaction is there make goal. Thanks again to the whole teamDonna burnett

I have just returned home last night and just wanted to say a big thank you to the western health team. The whole package was well coordinated combining a weeks holiday with Essential dental care. I was very impressed with the scan machine advance technology and a total pain free experience whitening my teeth and preparing and fitting a crown on a front tooth. I highly recommend this dental care very professional and trustworthy.
