A lovely fireside chair, not too difficult to assemble. Good quality, nice colour and comfortable, good price too. Downside is DPD courier rang bell, when tenant answered and gave access, he then left box in "safe place" one floor below at reception, and didn't deliver it to the flat. The "safe place" was only to be used if no one answered, as it was an elderly resident who is disabled. Not happy.
Helen was very knowledgeable about the scooter products and was able to give sound advice and guidance. She helped us through the options and accessories available to me and helped me make my choice of product.
From the minute my mother and I walked into the store this afternoon Peter Melham was fantastic, welcoming and was able to assist my mother with no problems. He was very polite and supportive of what my mother was after. He went above and beyond showing us walkers, mobility scooters and the beds etc. He was able to answer all questions asked with ease and made the whole experience lovely. My mother was in her element going around the store. After she made her purchase we left with a couple of different brochures so she can make some future purchases. Highly recommend CareCo and pricing is reasonable. Fantastic quality. By the time we got home (less than 10mins) I had already received messages to state my mother’s purchase was ready to be shipped etc.
I required a rollator to replace one I had bought from a well-known online retailer, so I opted to purchase from a local company due to their positive reviews. The staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout my purchase. I would have rated them 5 stars, but unfortunately, within 6 weeks, one of the brake cables broke, rendering the rollator unsafe. When I returned the item, instead of receiving an immediate replacement, I was asked to wait for a call. I believe this handling was not typical, especially during the busy pre-Christmas period. However, after reaching out, I received a replacement within 24 hours. I would definitely consider returning in the future if I need anything else to help me live independently at home.

He clarified why the model I had selected was not the best fit for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for his guidance. He suggested two alternatives that seemed more suitable. I had concerns about the seat width of my preferred option, which appeared narrow. He took the time to measure it for me, revealing that the information on the website was incorrect. We visited the showroom yesterday to search for a riser/recliner chair for my elderly mum. There were numerous options to explore and try, which was fantastic. We were assisted by a representative who was incredibly helpful. He provided excellent advice throughout our visit, and nothing was too much trouble, even when we diverted to check out motorised wheelchairs! I would highly recommend this service and suggest asking for that representative! I'm excited for our chair to be delivered next week!
I had a wonderful visit at the local service...the staff were extremely helpful and took the time to address all our inquiries. We never felt rushed into purchasing any of their chairs. I would certainly suggest paying a visit to explore their extensive selection of equipment.
The product is excellent! I purchased a fleece seat pad for my electric scooter and I'm very pleased. The communication regarding the safe delivery of the air plug was superb, and I'm delighted with the overall experience.
