Went with my Mumzie to support her through the process . They had prearranged transport that took us straight to the hotel from the airport and thereafter whenever we needed to get to the appointments , a friendly driver was there waiting for us. The doctors at the clinic were very nice and friendly and explained to everything in great details and answered all questions. Regarding prices , due to the treatment my mum is receiving , they changed once the doctor was able to see her face to face and do the scans however she was ready for that on somewhat level due to the complexity of her situation. Last but not least, Ilayda who is nothing less but a superstar and an absolute angel . She was there translating and taking care of EVERYTHING needed. She was so reassuring of the whole process and took a bucket full of stress out of both my and my mums head . As it was our first time there , she also gave some great recommendations as to what we should visit and explore. Overall really really good experience 👌🏻
Communication- from the very beginning was outstanding. The language barrier was never an issue throughout any form of chats in watsapp etc. The unknown questions were answered & clear specific steps of advice were there for me to follow. On arrival to the clinic your met with the simply lovely "Irem (my presenter) she could not do enough for me & also my dad as supporting guest, I use the term "Above & beyond " then my dentist intro. "Çagil is Outstanding at what he does..I learned quickly that he was a specialist & throughout my time in that chair he proved just that. I would recommend Westhern health "wise&Shine "to ALL. I was complemented by my personality & positivity throughout the process & this was the sure sign of a happy, relaxed & content patient - I can not thank you guys enough. The facilities are amazing, modern & offer all you need. & your VIP transport is always on hand to assist you to your hotel. One thing will always stay with me is that when I walked from the room after witnessing my new smile for the very first time & entered the lobby (nervous about reactions) I was greated by another patient awaiting results and his exact words were "THATS THE SMILE I WANT " now that to me was the biggest compliment to not just me but the entire team -Thank you ALL 💙
Going to Turkey for dental treatment can be scary. My wife and I spent a week in Izmir with Western health and I can honestly say we where put at ease as soon as we arrived. The accommodation provided was excellent. They have the most lovely co-ordinators that will help you with anything. Irem and Bree inparticular. You are accompanied and driven to every appointment. The dental Centre is spotless and very modern. I have nothing but praise for western health and would recommend anyone who is thinking about having treatment to go. It really isn't scary at all.
The service was very good .a lot of attention by the guy who dealt with me very professional and had a lot of patience. And his nurse they were both amazing .I will recommend your clinic to all my friends .thank you very much to all th staff and contractor who arranged my appointments. Thank you all
What a wonderful company, I’mWriting this after my 1st lot of treatment, I was so worried about coming over to Turkey for treatment but I have not been able to see a dentist in the uk for 13+ years and I’m so nervous. The whole team have put me at ease from start to finish even the lovely lady that collected me and took me to clinic, thank you to the whole team see you in January for my sparkling white teeth.
Had a great weeks dental surgery and must thank Irem and the team at Western Health /Wise & Smile for everything they did to make my trip very worthwhile.My trip was 10-17 September.A little mishap breaking my front teeth bridge but got it fixed before flying home. I have some recovery to do but look forward to my final visit in January 24, to have my new teeth fitted.
If you’re travelling from the UK, and are unfamiliar with Turkey, don’t think for one second that you have journeyed there to receive your treatment on the cheap. The standard of dentistry is on a par, if not better in many cases than at home. We have become too accepting of the legalised robbery we are forced to endure in the British isles. In Turkey the prices are fair and not overly inflated using the same techniques, the same choice of implants, and equal expertise.Izmir is a colossal place. The people are intelligent and educated. I stayed at the Kordon Hotel on both my trips. It’s a lovely comfortable place to stay. The staff are effortlessly polite, and deal with any issues immediately. I actually insisted on staying there on my second visit. My initial contact with Western Health was Tugce, and from the first day to last day, she has been outstanding. She has eased my every concern, and ensured the smoothest possible path to achieving the results I hoped for. Even on occasions when I have to admit, I have been difficult to deal with. Communication from her is excellent and constant, responding almost immediately to my messages even on occasions when I know she must be out of working hours. Even though has many people to accommodate, she makes it seem as if you are her only concern. She is a credit to the company. Thank you again TugceXHaving suffered for many years with dental problems, I did not cope too well with the initial surgery and was very stressed out by the end of it. It will of course be a different experience for each individual. This is when Ilayda took over. The care and genuine empathy I received from her was heartwarming and very much needed at the time. She is more than just a people person, she is very special indeed. With a masters degree and a wonderful sense of humour, time spent in her company was a real pleasure. Thank you again Ilayda XThe mould and fitting procedures are lengthy and precise. The technician, I’m glad to say seemed obsessed with precision. Measuring, marking, adjusting over and over until he was satisfied. The results are simply amazing. If you’re reading this, then you probably already know how it is not to be able to eat and enjoy the foods you love, and how you perceive yourself visually, and socially.All that becomes the past the second you look in the mirror. You will never be the same person again. I want to ensure anyone reading, that this is a genuine review of my experience.My heart felt thanks to everyone I met at Western Health for giving my smile back to me. From day one the service I received was amazing, always kept updated ilayda my translator was fantastic, the clinic & staff just so friendly and reassuring, put me at ease all the way through. I cannot recommend Western Health enough to people, they have given me my confidence & smile back after many years of being in pain & not wanting to smile. I was even happy to be interviewed & photographed by the teams very own photographer Ervim, he was very friendly & professional…..5 plus stars. From start to finish I could not be more pleased the staff were welcoming and very professional the clinic itself was immaculate and very modern to Ilayda and Irem I cannot thank you guys enough I felt right at home and took me through me procedure step by step. First of all, i really want to thank to all the staff who were so much caring during my treatment. I am so happy with my new smile and now i say, wish i had gone earlier!
