The Westfield fasteners website is excellent.It is easy to navigate and has pictures of the products also as soon as you put in the quantity it gives you the price,if you ring them up the sales are always helpful and if they say they will send it out that day they always do
I’m not one for writing reviews, so this goes to show how bad the service is.Zinc plated bolts came rusty and generally poorly finished. Only offered to replace the worst one in the pack. Seem to think an acceptable excuse for poor finish on the other set is ‘they’re hard to get hold of’. Washers packs wrongly filled, so some sizes incorrect, wouldn’t believe it and told me it’s the ‘tolerance’. Not a full bolt size out it isn’t. Generally unhelpful and unable to admit they have made a mistake and won’t talk on the phone. So now I’m in a situation; i have no trust in them sorting and returning the correct parts because they deem the rusty finish acceptable. And their ability to pick the right parts is questionable. In short, use someone else for quality and service.
