They had just what I needed for my project, My items arrived very quick, had a little hiccup with the order one item was the wrong size.I phoned them straight away 100% helpful, so polite updated with emails, blinding service very easy to get sorted out. before i even posted back the wrong items my replacement were on there way in plenty of time for the job.When you consider the amount of stock held screws fasteners and what not these things happen.Will definitely order from Westfield in the future.

I purchased A2 stainless square hooks "A2-Woodscrew-SqHook" in two sizes: 4.0 x 45mm long, and 4.5 x 50mm long.The site states that the screw threads lengths are approximately 15mm and 20mm respectively.When I want a refund for the 4.0 x 45mm because the screw thread was in fact 25mm long I was told I would have to cover the cost of the return and the "approximate wording" on their specifications was pointed out to me.A 66% increase in something looks like miss selling to me!The 4.5 x 50mm were as advertised I am still in discussion with them
This is an exceptional company. I needed a small number of machine screws, so small I was embarrassed to place it but Westfield Fasteners treated it like a major order. Acknowledgement of the order was prompt as was the communication and processing, received in very quick time. They restored my faith in British companies! Well done!
