Review Time
I have never used Westfield fasteners before but required an M12 fine for a gearbox. Sourced the item with Westfield but they sent the wrong item. They were swift to send a replacement however then began the time consuming returns process. They sent me the wrong returns code so two phone calls, a trip to the post office plus parking and most importantly a lot of time spent to avoid being charged £6.17 on principle for the replacement item. The bolt is worth £1.60, Westfield have an awful returns policy where the action of returning their mistake has cost the customer many times more than the value of the item.This service was awful and the policy needs to be reviewed, I will never use them again.
Fantastic products, excellent selection of A4 stainless Machine Screws and bolts. Also used brass for certain applications. Orders dispatched either same day or next day.If Royal Mail are on the ball I often receive orders the day after ordering.Great company to do business with.
Easy to use website. Very acceptable prices. No minimum order quantity. Low cost postage. Orders processed and picked promptly. Usually delivered within 48 hrs and sometimes 24 hrs from placing order on line. Telephone assisatnce when required. What's not to like?
