I was thoroughly impressed when I tried the NG-3 Combustion. The B and C notes on the 5th string are easily distinguishable and well-defined, which is remarkable! The tonal variety is fantastic; it can serve as a classic P Bass, J Bass, or anything in between. The quality of the wood and overall build is exceptional; the instrument arrived perfectly set up from the factory, and I didn't need to adjust the truss rod at all. Its tuning stability is impressive, as it remains in tune for quite a while even with frequent use.

The tonal range is impressive as well; it can easily serve as a traditional P Bass, J Bass, or anything in between. I've performed in stadiums, arenas, and large festivals with my basses, consistently producing exceptionally clean and warm tones. I frequently receive high praise from sound engineers and industry professionals. The necks and fanned frets are very comfortable and easy to play, making them a joy to use. They offer highly versatile tones that work well across various genres. Recently, I've been tracking in the studio with one and have achieved fantastic results, leaving customers very satisfied. I've even been plugging straight into the DI box without an amp or pedals, using the raw tone, and it sounds amazing—it's the only bass in my 20-year career that I feel confident doing this with. I highly recommend this brand.
While touring in Saskatoon, I was lucky enough to tour the factory. It’s a top-notch, state-of-the-art facility. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I had to return for soundcheck, and a team member kindly gave me a ride to try out the SP1. I played it that night and haven't put it down since. The fanned fret system is effective, with a focused and articulate B string. The 32-inch scale on the G string prevents it from sounding thin, and there are no dead spots on the 6th and 7th frets. The entire bass has a consistent response, and the pickup selector switch is a great addition. Each position sounds fantastic, and the tone knob offers a smooth roll-off. The hardware is sleek and modern, making it comfortable and inspiring to play. A truly innovative design!
The passenger side window switch on my vehicle stopped working, leaving a gap that let rain in. A local garage suggested I needed a new window regulator and motor, which would be costly. After a long wait for the part, I drove to a local service center. Within 10 minutes, the issue was resolved with a special cleaning spray for the switch. I didn’t have to pay anything. I can't recommend them highly enough.
