They denied my account without giving any clear explanation. I provided all the requested documents and valid information, yet they simply sent a generic message saying my business “does not comply.” No details, no transparency, and no opportunity to clarify or fix anything. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I have been using WETravel website for bookings for many years when i was managing the El Sabanero Yoga Retreat and once I started my own retreat at the Seis Playas hotel I of course returned to We travel as my Credit Card Processor of choice.You can select who pays the charges for Processing and their fees and it saves a lot of money if you let the client pay the processing fees. Of course if you have preferential clients you can decide to pay for the processing fees.Payout process is easy and you can even choose to accept partial payments from Clients making it easier for them.I can recommend their Credit Card processing not just for the Travel industry but for other businesses as well and I started using them for my Web hosting business as well now saving me money over using services like PayPal.I wish they would incorporate Recurring billings into their system which would make it even better.

Awesome experience at Koh TaoThe crews are all nice and the tour itself was well organised.Also the ferry was better than any other tour's, meal as well. (Served with free sandwiches and fruits)I saw a lot of turtles and baby shark for the first time.Very recommend
Jennifer Rice was very Misleading, I had to Cancel my Trip due to Medical Reasons. My money in the amount of $2500 hasn't been applied to the Hotel she has pocketed my funds. Now she has been unresponsive to my email rude. While every month she emailed me reminding me of my payments. I don't recommend Jennifer Rice. Thanks Chanda Oglesby
