Excellent Product and Service

I highly recommend WeTravel. As a small tour operator, WeTravel has streamlined my tour design and booking process so that I can focus more on developing my customer base and selling tours. The finished product looks so good and is so easy to distribute to prospective clients and through social media. I'm really glad I have found WeTravel.

Unprofessional and Unreliable – They Froze Our Funds Without Explanation

We have been working with this company for two years, and out of nowhere, they informed us that they would no longer work with us. On top of that, they put our money on hold without any explanation. They are not responding to my messages, and there is no way to contact them by phone. Their lack of communication and transparency is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. This situation has put us in a very difficult position, as we need those funds to pay for our services. Freezing our money without any clarification is completely unacceptable.

Off To A Great Start With We Travel!

We joined We Travel in December and the team has been so helpful in guiding us during our transition to We Travel! Jenny was great getting us started and responded to our questions quickly. We were nervous about moving from Jenny, who helps accounts get started, to our new account manager, Molly. But, Molly has picked right up where Jenny left off. She has been super helpful to us! Her experience with We Travel as a travel agent prior to joining the We Travel team has proven to be priceless. She understands and offers solutions from her experience that have been so helpful to us and have saved us time in the long run. Molly is professional and personable, a combination that I appreciate! I can't say enough good things about Jenny and Molly! If you have the pleasure of working with them, you will not be disappointed!

This company is in business with scammer companies

Really not to be trusted at all. Clearly in bed with scammers just for profit. We informed WeTravel that the company they advertise just takes money and does not do tours with no refunds. They did not care at all. Clearly this is not a company anyone should be using. But you've been warned, up to you to sort out these people or just continue to be scammed. The company is monteverdetourscr.com - we have given WeTravel the information to take this company off their site - they said they 'take it seriously' and would 'look into it' and reply to us on this - yes, yes, yes, they didn't and they have not - so.... the scam continues - and monteverdetourscr.com keep taking people's money and do not give back. WeTravel are associated and not taking any responsibility for the payments they take - promises are not actions WeTravel.

Avoid Using for Personal Travel

The lack of customer service with this company is shocking. I have created an account with them to join a trip. My password was showing on the page without me realizing it, until few days after my account was created. This should have been a red flag for me.I have not received a response from them. I tried to delete my account but could not find anything once I log into their site to help with the process. After I checked all their FAQs and Help Center I emailed them. I have no way to confirm that my cancellation (made more than four months before the Trip is due to start) has been received by the Tour Organizer, which is another story in itself.I wonder if all the positive reviews are fake. I wish. had taken the time to check the reviews before I created an account with them.
