made my returns on 9th April by recorded delivery. I'm still waiting for my refund. There is no pending refund from Wetsuit Outlet in my bank acccount. Very prompt delivery of the drysuit - much quicker than expected. I had to return it (too big) and order a smaller size which also arrived very promptly and the returns process / refund was also quick and easy. Highly recommend based on my experience.
