Ordered a wetsuit from the Wetsuit outlet Spanish website to be shipped to Canary islands. The order process was fine, and as expected, had to pay for shipping because of my location. Next day I get an email, that they have to cancel my order and refund. The reason is that the orders to Canary islands are shipped from UK, not from Spain to another Spanish region, as you would assume since ordering from the Spanish site of Wetsuit outlet. The UK website doesn't have the same stock therefore my order can't be processed. In the email I received I was advised to place my order to Canary islands through the UK website. Why would the Spanish website let me order to Canary Islands if they don't deliver there? This is somewhat mind-blowing and unprofessional in 2026. I will not waste my time again with this company. Also making sure not to recommend this company to any of my customers looking for a wetsuit to buy.

I ordered an item from this company and was not as expected so I arranged for it to be returned. What I did not expect was it would take 3 weeks for my payment to be returned and then only £40.20 when the original item was £48.90, what a terrible company.
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service & Dishonest HandlingI ordered from WetsuitOutlet on February 5, trusting them to deliver a simple order. Instead, I experienced over a week of delays, excuses, and being constantly told to “wait” with absolutely no real progress.The company chose to ship with EVRi instead of Royal Mail, despite there being at most a £2 difference between the two services. Saving £1–£2 was clearly more important to them than customer experience. Worse still, the item was not even properly dispatched, so blaming the courier afterward is completely dishonest.When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly stalled with meaningless responses like “Please give me a moment”. Only after significant pressure did they finally process a cancellation and refund via PayPal — after wasting over a week of my time.Trying to shift the blame to EVRi does not change the facts: this failure was entirely WetsuitOutlet’s responsibility. Poor logistics, poor communication, and poor business ethics.This is not how a professional or trustworthy business operates. I deeply regret ordering from them and will never use this company again. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting WetsuitOutlet with their money.
Disappointed it is so costly to return an item, especially as I do not live near an Evri drop off. So I have to pay to return the item and then have a lengthy drive to drop it off. Also feel the sizing was off on the item we ordered as he is a typical size but the item didn't fit. Also they use Evri to deliver so had to chase delivery anyway. Just disappointed all round.
Incorrect jacket was sent...both damaged with small tears/cuts in the fabric, some dirt on the front (looks like slightly used rather than new)...and it wasn't event the same brand, although the label was correct.Presumably a dodgy return that wasn't picked up by either the returns or subsequent dispatch processes, which isn't great.Would have given 1 star for the disappointment as it was a Christmas present so not opened until the 25th Dec and it's now out of stock; however offset by the fact that- they offered an immediate refund (processed but yet to be received)- it was beyond the standard 60 day return window- they didn't question the basis for return, which looks suspicious even if it was genuine.Hopefully they'll improve their control processes so they and others don't suffer a similar outcome.
The site did not make it clear to me that I would be charged a return courier cost of £4.75. It's not possible to buy footwear sensibly on the site if no guidance is given on width of fit for the products: fit becomes expensive trial and error, unless you have tried the products for fit elsewhere and know the width of the footwear already.If the site is serious about selling footwear online it should provide a sizing guide page and actually open the boxes and measure the widths of the typical 'standard' shoes in each range so that folks with wider feet have some chance of getting the right fit. Cheaney dot co dot uk have excellent sizing guidance, for example.After posting this, Andy and the team got back to me and were very helpful, so I am updating the rating to 5 stars, because they are very responsive. I think the sizing guidance will improve!
