Review Time
Just wow. Was looking for a quality winter coat and did a lot of online searching, eventually picked a brand and style and found Wetsuit Outlet the cheapest by some way although colours limited too one which I liked anyway. Ordered at about 15:30 on a Friday afternoon and paid additional £4.95 for delivery next day. Tracking was excellent and Royal Mail delivered the coat at 10:00. That’s an order to delivery of time of around 19 hours. Well packaged and just what I wanted. Superb service.
Lack of correct product description. Really disappointed with the lack of empathy with this company. Terrible experience with their customer service. This review is about Wetsuit Outlet based in Chapel Road, Shoeburyness, Essex SS3 9SL. I will be purchasing our wetsuits etc from another company from now on. Update - With regards to the reply from Wetsuits Outlet below, they had several opportunities to put this situation right. They were contacted several times via email and the responses were quite rude, negative and not helpful. And now i have left reviews, they suddenly want to put it right.
I ordered from this company and never received my parcel. Despite contacting them they refused to take responsibility, saying their claim deadline with the courier had expired. Under EU law, the seller is responsible for delivery, so I find this approach very disappointing and unprofessional.I’m now having to escalate the matter through consumer protection channels to get my refund.Order with caution, if something goes wrong, you will not get any help from them.Update: they did get in touch after this review and are now able to resolve the problem which I really appreciate, I just wish it wouldn’t take a bad review for them to resolve issues but am glad it was handeled correctly now.
Terrible experience! I paid to return an item then they took further postal costs out of my refund! They then tried to say they didn’t! How can you send a Klarna statement when you have the wrong person and I don’t have Klarna.My review stands and will always stand as your company is misleading! How can you deduct postage when we have to pay to return it!
Charge for shipping which is fine, but then they send it on a bizarre route that takes ages and way over the stated shipping time at checkout. My package has gone from UK to Netherlands even though it final destination is Ireland which should be next day between UK and IRE. It said 3-5 working days but its now nearly two weeks and its somewhere in the Netherlands. If there going to use the cheapest shipping possible and route it that way then don't charge for it. If you charge for shipping it should be direct and efficient.
