Excellent service all round from Derek at Wheelhouse Bikes .After spending a long time researching electric folding bikes we finally decided maybe the MiRider bikes might be what we needed but we were still a bit unsure . We spoke to Derek who suggested a bike demo with no obligation to buy . We arranged this and turned up at Wheelhouse Bikes . Derek was knowledgable, very easy to chat to and just a real nice guy who we immediately felt very comfortable with .After a demo ride each , my husband Kevin and I were completely hooked with the bikes and decided there and then to buy a couple . Derek then kindly put two bikes together for us in just a couple of hours , so we didn’t need to come back and collect them .So if you are interested in the MiRider bike but like us are not completely sure , go and see Derek . He is great at explaining how it all works and ready to answer any questions you might have . A five star service all round , we would definitely recommend him .
I bought a MiRider from wheelhouse bikes that arrived quickly and and all set up ready for me to collect. Two weeks later a small issue with the bike was quickly diagnosed by Derek and corrected for me. Excellent service all round. Highly recommend both Wheelhouse bikes and the MiRider bike.
Absolutely superb experience with this company. Derek and Meriel made me feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. I got the e-bike I wanted and Derek made sure that I was 100% happy with everything before I left. Absolutely recommend Wheelhouse Bikes, rather than a larger retailer, where most make you feel just like a statistic on their books, these people give you the personal service to make you want to come back… and I certainly will be for servicing the bike, etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Will be recommending to everyone!** update **I strongly believe that the true value of a company is not how they treat their customers when things go right, but how they treat their customers when things go wrong. My bike developed a fault unfortunately on the first ride with it. I was gutted. I spoke to Derek and Meriel at Wheelhouse Bikes after also speaking to the Mirider customer service team and they were absolutely wonderful. Although I was without a bike for a couple of days, Derek had offered me a loan bike in the meantime, and they replaced the faulty bike with a new one for me. Service like that is how a company keeps its customers!
Fantastic support and service from Derek and Wheelhouse bikes. My partner had surgery in January and the e-bike has brought a huge smile and freedom back to us. Would highly recommend! Derek arranged a test ride and gave us great advice and support.
