Everything is described perfectly with no hidden agenda. The whisky itself arrived within the advised time. Perfectly and beautifully packaged. The information booklet adds to the enjoyment. You appreciate how much care and love has gone into making the dram. Made me feel like a connoisseur.... which I am not! The customer service team are 10/10. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Company is very generous offering credit and discounts without reason.
