Really great company, I wanted to cancel my subscription and had no issues doing this. Was offered additional discount on my next bottle but didn’t want to take up the offer and it wasn’t an issue at all. Opted to receive offers throughout the year as I will do business again with this friendly company.
Bought this subscription for us to enjoy but circumstances meant that we needed to cancel. Spoke to Jack who explained how to pause the subscription until we could afford it again. He was understanding and very helpful. Whisky we have received has been very good
Bought with my husband in mind, he did enjoy the whisky but felt it would be too much on subscription as he is a member of a whisky society and also receives gifts at work too. Called to cancel and was tempted by the discounts that were offered, however Kaye was great over the phone and swiftly sorted my cancellation.
Signed up with Whiskey25 as it seemed like an amazing deal to begin with, however 1 bottle of whiskey is a lot even for me. So called in to their customer service to cancel, spoke with Emma. She was wonderful and understanding and also offered me various alternatives and a nifty discount. However the whole process of cancellation via phone which can be tedious was handled very professionally by Emma
I think the Whisky52 subscription is a fantastic subscription for really keen and curious whisky fans. Me, I had a go and it was fab but I decided to cancel. Mark made the cancellation process easy with not too much of a sales chat which I really very much appreciated. Thank you.x
