Hayley was great and helped me with what I needed. I don’t think I was on the phone longer than 5 minutes which includes waiting time. Appreciate Hayley asking how my day was, and still being interested in me as a customer even though I wanted to cancel, she let me know on any offers I’d miss out on just in case. She covered all basis. Great customer service and really good experience. My only note is, I would have preferred to cancel online as it’s tricky for me to find time to make phone calls because of my work.
Saga sent me a tasting a whiskey for 8.95. However it turns out I have a subscription! Didn’t want to subscribe, you have to call to cancel, wish cancelling was as easy as subscribing ! Could not understand the Asian accent when I tried to call ? Told off for not listening that I had points if stayed with them ?! Avoid Avoid. Edit after reply I did not receive an email stating I had signed up for a subscription otherwise I would have cancelled it.Why not just make it able to cancel on line?I’m not critical of your product, just the process.
Try it sent me an invite for tasting a whiskey for 8.95. However it turns out I have a sneaky subscription. Only found by going through the settings. An email didn't cover it. Now heres twist you have to call them by navigating through some heavy sales in work hours. Which means it's difficult to cancel. Not very happy about this and want to cancel everything immediately but can't because it's the weekend. I seem to make it this difficult so they can try and sell you on the phone and you forget because it's so inconvenient. Not cool whiskey 52! You're giving subscription services a bad name
