I’ve worn it in very cold conditions (-5°C, feeling closer to -15°C) and it kept me perfectly warm the entire time.

The ski apparel is really great looking and feels comfortable, but it is way to thin. Provides minimal insulation. I was cold. I was told you have to wear 1-2 base layers and unfortunately I hate wearing base layers. I wanted a ski outfit that need minimal thermal layers under the outfit.
In response to Montec's reply. I don't sweat while skiing unless it is a really hot day. Wearing multiple layers restricts movement and would defeat the purpose of buying something light and breathable. Plus, who wants to spend $500+ on an outfit then have to buy more clothing for a base and mid layer. Either make your products more affordable or make them more insulated. Give people the option of buying light and breathable or buying heavier and insulated. If I am spending that much money I expect to not have to wear much underneath.
**Exceptional Customer Support** I ordered a jacket and the shipping service experienced some delays, causing my delivery to be two days late. I received an email from the company noticing that the jacket hadn't arrived yet, inquiring if they could assist me. I mentioned my upcoming ski trip and hoped to use the jacket. The company promptly sent another jacket via express delivery to ensure I received it before my trip. All my email inquiries were responded to in under an hour. I can’t praise their customer service enough. At this moment, I can’t provide extensive feedback on the jacket's quality. However, my initial impression is positive, and it seems to be of very high quality. Considering the price, it’s a great deal. Many other brands have winter insulated ski jackets starting around $600 CAD, while this company offers a good quality option at a much more competitive price.
My family has purchased a lot of gear from the company. They appreciate the style, and for those who ski only about 10 times a year, it suits them well. However, today I attempted to buy some items for around $700, but my credit card was not accepted for some reason. The most frustrating part is that there is no way to speak with a representative over the phone (there's no contact number). The chatbot was completely unhelpful. I checked with my bank, and there were no issues with my card. The chatbot kept suggesting I clear my cache/cookies, but that didn't resolve anything. I also tried on several devices. Consequently, I will no longer make purchases through them, as I am exhausted from the inability to communicate or place orders by phone. Their support was of no assistance.

From the ordering process to the return, they were very helpful and even processed my refund sooner than expected, even before receiving my parcel due to a courier error. I must say the customer service I experienced has been very pleasant, and even though I haven't made any additional purchases yet, I plan to buy from them in the future. I have no complaints about the company, though I understand that experiences may vary.
I absolutely love their gear and the support I’ve received. I have a jacket, two pairs of pants, and some smaller items that have lasted over four years and remain in excellent condition. The pants still look and function like new despite being used for snowboarding more than 15 days each year. The jacket has a few stains (it's white) but still looks fantastic and is one of the most comfortable winter outfits I've ever owned. The customer service is exceptional—always friendly and helpful. They sometimes offer discount codes when appropriate. It's easy to reach a human representative, even with an AI bot in place. I'm considering purchasing new snowboarding pants and will definitely choose this brand again for their appealing designs, great quality, and materials.

They offered a refund and a free return so I could buy a new jacket, which I did. They mentioned they would consider refurbishing my old jacket for sustainability, which I appreciate. The representative who assisted me was incredibly helpful and exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend them to friends and will be buying more gear for our next ski trip.
