If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company. Like everyone else has said in comments, it comes from China even though it’s supposed to be made in Switzerland, they email you to tell you delay in your order, and takes weeks to come, the smell from the cream is awful and most definitely not anything natural that’s in it, so I’ll not be using it as who knows what is actually in it….. my advice stay away from this company and go with a verified company who do the wild yam cream
I so wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. It’s absolutely awful stuff. Definitely synthetic (actually smells like hydrocortisone cream-with the same texture) I too was told there was a delay due to them sourcing the perfect ingredients as they had sold out. I spent £24 on a pot of cream that is only fit for the bin.
Bought 3 x jars from Wilderglow website after seeing several times on Facebook & Instagram. Made sure I didn't just click the link. 21st Oct & cost £48.Wild yam cream- organic, contains yam, lavender & coconut comes in glass jar & natural brown box, shows cream as natural colour. Arrived after 3 weeks, came from China, in plastic pots & white boxes & cream is pure white & has chemical smell like a cheap body moisturiser. Should have been natural colour & smelt of lavender & coconut.After disappointment at product I contacted company & have had no reply. Trustpilot has lots of negative comments stating fake. I went back onto Instagram & Facebook & all comments are just asking questions, no actual buyers. Apparently others have put negative comments & these just get deleted. After more digging it looks like the company was only set up in August 2025.
Beware. Do not buy. It is a fake.Not only I had waited for delivery for around a month. But product supposedly made in Switzerland is being shipped from China . When I opened it cream stinks like a cheap cream from chemist. You want smell coconut or Lavender oil from it for sure. How many these companies make money on these false products!!!!!!!
This is a huge scam! The product is made in and ships from China. They are fraudulently advertising. What you pay for is not what you get. I emailed the day after placing my order and asked to have it cancelled and refund my money. They never responded. I emailed 4 times over a periond of 5 days and no response. They will 100% rip you off. I have placed a dispute with my credit card company and will get my money back this way.All of the reviews on social media are paid for.
