The delivery was extremely quick, and the product was just as described. It’s not the original remote which was about four times the price, and of course you can feel the difference in quality compared to the manufacturer’s model. However, the item was as described, works perfectly well, so I highly recommend this company.
I'm very pleased with the products I received. They contacted me after my order to ensure I would receive the correct remote for our TV. Great service, though it did take a couple of weeks from ordering to shipping, so plan accordingly if it's a gift. I would use this service again.

Please understand that the development and production of a compatible replacement part is much more demanding than an easy "buy-sell" business model. A replacement remote control must not only be of high quality but, most importantly, must be COMPATIBLE with the product. If your remote control is not working, it is usually because it is a wrong incomatible type, not because it is defective.
