I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. After a 3-week wait, I received my jars, and the scent is reminiscent of antiseptic cream. It's going straight in the trash! I found the same product advertised elsewhere for much cheaper, which indicates this is a scam. Avoid this seller and choose a reputable brand.
This seller is a scam. They promote a product but send a cheap imitation. The cream has a terrible smell and looks artificial. The packaging is subpar. They also fail to mention that the product is sourced from overseas. They don't respond to any inquiries or negative feedback. I managed to get a refund through a payment service. Always check reviews before ordering. I didn't, but fortunately, I got my money back. Never again.
I ordered a tub of cream, and it took forever to arrive from overseas. If I had known it was shipping from there, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Nowhere in the advertisement does it disclose that. The smell is overwhelmingly chemical—nothing natural about it. I'm discarding it—who knows what's inside? What a waste of my hard-earned money!
Can't give less than one star! Terrible product from overseas, reeks of chemicals. I can't get a refund without returning the product at my own expense, so that's money wasted! This isn’t a legitimate product, and I wouldn’t trust it on my skin. Please stay away! I’ve been blocked from their social media for trying to warn others—they delete negative comments but can't remove the reactions!
A complete scam! Do not purchase from this seller! They claim to be based locally, but the products actually come from overseas, and they don’t disclose this anywhere. After ordering, you’ll receive an email about delays and a discount for your next purchase. If it even ships, you might wait a month and still not get what you expected. Luckily, I used a payment service and got support, but please, avoid this seller!
Beware! This company is certainly not what it purports to be. Its stuff comes from China!!! I waited 5 weeks to get mine despite requesting a refund, which was ignored time and time again!My 2 pots arrived today & they are nothing like the advertisement. They are tiny jars containing only 60gms! I will be throwing in the bin, as no one has goven it a good review. I am so annoyed with myself for falling for such a con.
Be aware this product is shipped from China. It states it’s organic but how is this verified? I’m normally good at checking trust pilot first but took the strap line of their website which is a lie. Feeling pretty stupid and conned. I’ve not got the product yet and not sure I trust putting it on my skin.
