Useless company. Two delivery dates booked with no delivery. Don't answer phone calls. Hung up on us and Screwfix manager when we did eventually get through. Eventually we cancelled our order after waiting 6 weeks. We found Solid surface kitchens direct who were absolutely brilliant. Delivery within 5 days and a much better price.
Sent a damaged worktop. Had clearly been damaged prior to shipping. Communication non existent. Almost 1 month on and heard nothing other than a delivery company turning up out of the blue to collect the worktop after advising we'd have to install it until a resolution was found as it originally turned up late. I've sent 3 emails, no response...
