Had a fantastic experience at Wilson’s. I went there not really having a clue what I was looking for. I met Freddie who was absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Such a refreshing experience. Before I knew it I was buying a car! I had searched for the best price for my new Renault pop-yellow 5 and as this was my first NEW car in 33 years I was determined to enjoy 'the ride'. After two poor pre-sales with other dealers, I spoke to Freddie and that was it. A well informed knowledgable and clear understanding of my requirements and despite my cancelling five pick-up dates, he still kept cool and remade the appointment happily. Excellent customer service throughout the process, going above and beyond to help me resolve communication problems with my insurance company. Huge thanks to Tom for his help with the repair of my old car. Gemma was excellent on the day I picked up my new car & even followed up with a call the next day. Special mention goes to Khalid for whom nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything clearly, always responded swiftly to my questions and was polite and reassuring throughout. Khalid & Gemma were amazing (great team!), so helpful, friendly, relaxed and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. We didn’t have the best experience in the past, but Mihai at Wilson’s in Epsom completely changed that. He listened, kept us updated, and handled everything professionally. This time the service was genuinely much better—really appreciate his help.
