I purchased a Porsche Panamera from Wilsons Motors for £15,500, which unfortunately turned out to be faulty. The vehicle was returned as agreed, and I was assured that a refund would be processed for next day. Despite this, I have now been chasing my refund for over two weeks with no success.I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls in an attempt to resolve this matter, yet I have been met with silence and a complete lack of meaningful communication. This level of after-sales service is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the professionalism I would expect when dealing with a purchase of this value.I have also raised an internal complaint regarding the handling of my case by Gary Lambert, as I find the management of this situation to be wholly inadequate and concerning. Unfortunately, this has not resulted in any visible progress or resolution.At the time of submitting this review, I have still not received my £15,500 refund. While issues can occur with any vehicle, it is the response and accountability that define a business — and in this case, Wilsons Motors has sadly fallen far below a reasonable standard. I would urge prospective customers to exercise caution and ensure they are fully protected should any issues arise post-purchase.
If I could give zero stars I would-I have been a loyal Wilson’s customer for years and have purchased two cars from them, always choosing to use their service department. Unfortunately, my experience over the past year has been nothing short of shocking.In November 2024, I emailed the Service Manager to cancel my service plan after a poor service experience. I never received a reply. Despite asking for the cancellation, payments continued to be taken for almost a full year, so I tried again to contact the same manager to not only get the plan cancelled but also to arrange the refund I was entitled to.He has never once responded or acknowledged a single email or phone call.More recently, over the last few weeks, I have now emailed four different Wilson’s email addresses — including Customer Care, the Service Department, and other contacts I was given — and I have still had no acknowledgement or reply from anyone. Their website clearly states they aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours, yet here I am weeks later, still completely ignored.My complaint is being ignored, my emails are being ignored, and every route I’ve tried leads nowhere. For a dealership that advertises itself as family-run and committed to customer care, this level of disregard is extremely disappointing and unacceptable — especially after years of loyalty.
Unreliable customer care. I was led to be trusted to have rac recovery services when my car was bought. Specially i requested for it on the date. But I realised that my car could not get rac service without confirmation from willows. I will have to drive my car to Wilson garage in Epsom. Now I am in Sheffield with a flat tyre. I trusted Wilson but it was a just deception for my comfort. Break down cover never existed.

Great place to buy a car. When I bought my car everyone was professional and the whole process was very smooth and fast. I'd like to thank Mr. Greg for his help and the excellent handling of the entire process. Without his good advice, I think it would have been difficult to buy my beautiful Tucson.
