Bad Service, KYC, Dealing without professionalism, Terminated Services after 48 hours.I have ordered the service here. 4gb RAM for ubuntu 24. And it's very slow like you're using an Intel Pentium I. Even though in terms of specifications, it should be able to run smoothly.I complained to customer service, and they even cut off the service until they deleted my account right after I complained the next day.So, I only use a one-month rental for no more than 3 hours, because it's really like a conch. Very Big Loss, I hope that no one will be harmed like me
I recently subscribed to Win-VPS.com, which advertised a “10-minute setup” for their VPS service. However, my experience was far from that. After several hours of waiting, I finally received a response from their support team, instructing me to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This process was quite unusual, requiring me to write specific information on paper and take selfies. I have concerns that these images could be misused for false testimonials.Moreover, the VPS service was inaccessible until the KYC process was completed, which felt unnecessarily burdensome and raised suspicion. To make matters worse, there is no option to remove my credit or debit card information from their payment panel.Overall, this experience with Win-VPS.com felt very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against using their service.
One of the worst companies out there. Security wise they are garbage. Their services also don’t work as advertised. More important, I have asked them to cancel my subscription and they refused stating that I need to cancel it out myself(by calling my bank or paypal)
