Review Time
I am a bit confused, why there are bad reviews. Probably only people with issues are making the review and others are not. I am using one of their VPS service for the last two years.BRONZE 2 & 3 packages. They have been good. They do some weekend updates, however, I'm not affected as I needed the VPS usage Mon to Fri only.
I have been a client of win-vps.com for a long time. This is an excellent service with a great uptime! I rent a virtual server for Forex trading. Everything works perfectly and without failures.Thank you guys for all your hard work!
This is really bad, i purchased a 33$ vps never got it, and they set it to fraud, and then i went into paypal to write to Win-Vps if i could get the money back, but i never got answered i then went back to Win-Vps website again to contact their live support, and they said that it would take some days and that is like 2 weeks ago and i cant get in contact with them now,NEVER BUY FROM THEM
SCAM COMPANY - BOUGHT A UK VPS WITH WINDOWS 2008 THEY PROVIDED 2012 . THEY THEN SAID THEY WILL MOVE TO GERMANY I SAID I ONLY WANT UK CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME. I PAID BY BITCOIN NOW MY ACCOUNT WONT LOGIN AND MY RESET EMAIL DOESNT EXIST HAHA THEY STOLE $30 BITCOIN OFF ME THE SCAMMING IDIOTS.
Don`t buy from this website , don`t make the same mistake like me and others they are the worst of the worst !!!!!!!!!!I am sorry but this is the truth , you will not see your money back EVER .EDITED: After 1 year and some months you answer and ask for thinks that i don`t have it anymore ? I bought a VPS from this guys which costed me 30$, supposedly i would get multicore cloud, and shared internet of 1000Mbs.It was all a lie, after some issues since the server was not even working i manage to connect and it was not as advertised.First, the cpu was supose to be 4xOcto-Core E7-4830 cloud for all vps and i only had 1 core, it was so slow i couldn't even open chrome and takes ages to do anything.Second, i tried the speedtest and i only have 50Mb/s which is 20 times lower than what it should be, i know i should not expect 1000 but at least 200, 300. not 50..After contacting the support and asking for a refund the same was declined so i lost my money.This is by far the worst server provided i ever found.I can easily get a server 5 times cheaper twice better than this crap..This review will stay until i have my refund.Update 07-09-20182 years later, you guys answer in here, say Im a fake as long as everyone else you voted negative here for you. I was indeed a client, I still got the invoices as for the tickets all saved on my email. I will gladly share them with trustpilot if requested.(Sent it to Trustpilot, not going to put in this text in public, I just tried to login into my account, surprise that its deleted).Yeah erase the evidence.Thank you for exposing yourself even further.
