My experience with win-vnc.com has honestly been among the best I have ever had with any hosting or server provider.
Their customer service is beyond expectations. I have never waited more than 1 minute for a reply in chat support, which is almost unbelievable today. Even better, the replies are not just fast — they are actually helpful, accurate, and professional. That combination is rare.
I am running a remote Windows 11 server with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Performance has been solid, stable, and smooth.
The only thing I find a bit strange is the server location. I ordered a server in Norway, and it is listed as being in Norway, but when I check via whatsmyip.com, it appears to be in Germany. Based on the network response, Germany honestly makes more sense to me as well. It is not really a problem, because the connection is fast and works very well, but when Norway is promised, I expect Norway.
Aside from that, I am genuinely very impressed. Excellent support, fast lines, stable service, and a very good overall experience.
