It was my first time to use the app, after sending money did not get the notification. It kept on saying review your transaction. I get hold of Wiremit through WhatsApp and immediately they replied that money was send and its ready for collection. They explained what had happened. Happy with the fast response. I made a transfer on the on the 9th of October 2025 to my father. First of all they sent me an email telling me transfer had been successful which was fine. The problem came when my father was trying to access the funds everywhere he went he was told he could not be helped. I then tried to contact customer care till to date October 13th 2025 I have not gotten a response. I sent several messages on their customer care chat no response. I tried WhatsApp no response. This is very stressful. How can you have a business where no one responds. Now I am very frustrated, and there is no one that is responding . I will never use it agan
