Worst car insurance

Worst car insurance. They sent me a telematics device to fit into my OBD port….which I did and after fitting they started sending me messages saying about them cancelling my policy if I did not fit the box. I continued to try and call but it is absolutely impossible to speak to anyone. I eventually managed to speak to a live agent and they told me to send pictures and asked if it was flashing which I said yes because it was. I sent 7 emails to the contact support email over the course of 7 days and every single day they replied with the same automated email they have been sending from the beginning saying that my policy is going to be cancelled soon. I am so happy and relieved that I changed insurers and I STRONGLY STRONGLY advise staying far away from this company.

Renew insurance policy

It was quite easy to get a renewal done. I have the black box and its good for the score as u can get discount on ur insurance over the year this is my 3 year with them.

This is really bad company i found

This is really bad company i found, they cancelled my insurance, i was fine with that but can not believe they are saying non refundable 150 and still outstanding balance showed to pay them.
