Misleading refund policy – not as advertised

I subscribed to this app because it was clearly advertised with a “14 days money-back guarantee.”After using the app, I realized the content and functionality were not as described, so I requested a refund well within the stated period.Surprisingly, support refused the refund, claiming their internal policy does not allow it — which directly contradicts their own marketing claim.This is a clear case of misleading advertising. A refund guarantee should be honored regardless of hidden or contradictory policies.I would not recommend this app unless the company becomes transparent and respects the guarantees it uses to attract customers.
