Wisey is a scam that lures you in with a free trial and them sets up multiple subscriptions, so when you think you e cancelled another one kicks in. Save your money and don't use these unscrupulous rip-off merchants.
Quick responses however responses to my query did not answer my questions regarding a refund at all. Instead they offered something else instead. This happened multiple times leading to significant frustration. This started as a trial, turned into me canceling (forgot to before the trial end) - no judgement on the material. I canceled and then noticed an additional charge (This was the refund I was seeking). When I logged back in, I noticed this was split into multiple subscriptions!! I pointed out I had tried to cancel as indicated based on the other cancelation- they disagreed. I choose to wrote this.
WORST EXPERIENCE. THEY CHARGE SO MUCH AND WITHOUT PROPER CONFIRMATION! I did not even see the price and they already charged my PayPal for something I didn’t want and just accidentally clicked as I didn’t know they are additional charges!! Also the paid version is not personal at all. Just some cheap short videos and articles you can easily get FOC online!
Please be aware of these people. They are fraud. They will trick you with the subscription roles, making you take a trial period, then charge you for it and for another subscription period. I tried every way possible to ask for a refund, but i could not get one, even though i never used the app.
If I could could only leave this rating at 0 Stars! I paid for the initial trial purchase as I was in genuine need of some guidance with an ADHD disorder. I started the program and realised it was not for me and stopped using it after a few days. One month later a significantly higher subscription fee was automatically withdrawn from my account. I immediately cancelled the subscription and deleted my account and contacted Wisey for a refund. I continually received empty empathetic responses from customer services sympathising, only to follow with; after reviewing my case Wisey would not be refunding the automatic payment and continued to spruce the Wisey Terms and Conditions and legal standings. Shame to see the people with mental health issues and disorders being taken advantage of for financial gain.
At first, I had problems with the refund policy and I was really worried because my purchase was made by mistake and the money was important to me. The support team informed me that I needed to complete the 14 days of the plan according to their rules, so I followed the process correctly and sent all the requested proof.
After that, the team reviewed my case, confirmed that I met all the requirements, and approved a full refund, also cancelling my subscription to avoid any future charges. I received an email confirmation saying that the refund has already been processed.
At the moment, I am just waiting for the money to be credited by my bank, within the informed timeframe. Despite the initial stress, the support team followed up and resolved my case as promised.
Many companies today hide their cancellation process so deep within their software that it’s difficult to find. Wisey is one of the worst examples.
By the time I eventually located the cancellation option, they had already charged me for a full additional month. When I objected, they refused to refund the full amount.
After a prolonged and frustrating dispute process, they eventually refunded only 50% of the extra month’s charge.
I see I’m not the first one being scummed by this application. I’m loosing any hope honestly when I face this from the application which supposed to help you and then using your flows against you. Same story: wanted to pay9,9 usd for trial ended up with million charges for some useless books which is non refundable.
I signed up for a 28-day trial for US$9.99 on January 25, 2026. However, after checking my credit card, I noticed additional charges that I never authorized.
Besides the agreed US$9.99, my card was charged US$1 and US$17.99, which were not disclosed during signup and were never approved by me.
I contacted customer support requesting a refund. The US$1 charge was reversed, but the US$17.99 charge remains active, despite multiple requests and clear evidence that it was not authorized.
This kind of billing practice is unacceptable and misleading. I am still waiting for the immediate cancellation and refund of the US$17.99 charge
Primarily lacking substance. Even though I cancelled the application well in advance of the billing date, the company charged me for two extra months, claiming that I had not unsubscribed from their e-books. Instead of gaining insight, I will now have to read their terms and conditions every time to avoid making mistakes with over-priced offerings like this.
