Frankly I'm disappointed by the value proposition. The vendor stated a package of product would be mailed to maintain the warranty. I sent an inquiry email on September 18th which did not receive the courtesy of a reply from your company. A few weeks later I get an email telling me to go to the vendor to get the treatment renewed per warranty. That directly contradicted what their vendor told me.I mentioned in another email my disappointment with the product and merely received a boilerplate reply. The product itself? I'm glad I tried it, but have not seen any improvement over the industry standard product to justify the extra expense.
