If I could leave less than 1 star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE. I was married in October and in February I am still dealing with them not fulfilling orders. I had over $450 worth of joy credit from wedding guests because the items they purchased for us were out of stock. For months and months I have checked every single week on their stock. Over 100 emails with their customer service and confirming items were in stock I was ready to place my order. But yet again more items could not be fulfilled. There’s no number to call to hash these things out, it’s just an AI based email system, not real people. So after everything I’ve been through and all the communication back and forth they still cannot deliver items after 4 months of trying. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Showed up for an out of country wedding after an extremely long overnight flight to find out withjoy didn't book my reservation at the hotel which we paid for 3 months in advance. Hotel is booked up but support is more than happy to now book me at a cheaper hotel further away from everyone else. Don't walk. Run.
BRIDES, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT SEEMS VERY MODERN AND USER FRIENDLY... BUT BY THE END I WAS PULLING MY HAIR OUT AND IT DEFINITELY WASN'T WORTH EVEN BEING FREE. I wish I saved the 10 hours and paid an extra $100. YOU WILL WASTE HOUUURRSSSSS TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. I CRIED SO MANY TIMES. There are so many dead ends, and SOOOO many unnecessary pages and steps that you have to modify but dont know how to. There are so many bugs that lead you to errors or disabled buttons where you dont know how to fix it. DO NOT GO DOWN THIS RABBIT HOLE.
I purchased an expensive item on the wedding registry for the couple who has used this website for their wedding plans. The credit card was charged but the couple did not get the email confirmation and apparently their address listed on the website is incomplete. There has been absolutely NO RESPONSE to multiple emails and attempts to contact their on-line "support" which seems to be a dead end.
Customer service seems to be extinct with this company. They also have false promises of it being free… ITS NOT FREE! They claim to be free on the website but after you get into it, add all your guests and try to send them something, it wants to charge money. I have no problem with a service being paid (I ended up using a paid one), but BE HONEST. I don’t like the sleazy nature of them saying they are free. Seriously go to their pricing page now and see the big $0, then all the things mentioning that they are free. Why lie? Do you think we wouldn’t find out?I went with say I do in the end, they are paid as well but they are up front about it. Their site is also way easier and their customer service actually exists. But shop around, I’d caution against these sleazy ones with their bait and switch.
It has such promise and appears to be user friendly however it is NOT. I liked the look of With Joy so I went against all advice and chose it for our wedding website. It has the elegant clean look I wanted but when you get into the functioning of it, it will make you crazy. First, I disabled the password function, yet it repeatedly asked my guests for a password. The RSVP was confusing to our guests as was accessing the registry. Forget customer service, you will not find any help there. I emailed then multiple times with no reply or a generic was your question answered. Nope, my question was not. I googled a lot of the issues and then we limped along with it. Now after the event I'm trying to allow my guests to share and view photos. Good luck with that. Guests say our event can't be found using our names, which is true and it says they can easily add a photo by hitting a plus sign nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor go with any other website.
