Terrible!! I had issues with both the RSVP and the registry and spoke with Katie and Isabella on these issues and neither of them could help. They apparently “escalated” the issue to their manager, Joe, who was even worse?! He literally didn’t even know what I was talking about when I was trying to get resolution to my issues. Wow. Who is running the show there anyways??? Terrible website - do not use at any costs, they’ve cost me sooooo much trouble. Thanks for ruining my wedding planning!!!
