I would never invest my time in a company so fundamentally flawed and indifferent to the consequences of their service failures. Avoid at all costs.
This service blocks access on platforms without any clear reason, only to 'verify' your identity. Attempts to sign in with Google or academic accounts were futile. They insist on collecting sensitive personal information, and even in the EU, I must provide such crucial details just to connect with others and seek employment. It's a concerning situation, and I remain locked out after two weeks.
this app is trash.it s been literally 3 full days i ll try to get a badge from LinkedIn and NOTHING WORK. this stupid pile of garbage do not link my camera with itself. (whatever i ll try) Then it is impossible to take a picture. never seen something so stupid !this app deserve to be ban and removed from all devices. the help center of linkedin is useless, the help from linkedin is to : copy past the help center and the help from persona is literally non existent. total joke. Awful software.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH site.In Australia as in other modern countries, we've opted for digital licenses which are in an app on our phone. they provide more security as are only viewable with biometric scan and no card to get lost in the mail etc [speaking from experience - identity theft victim from license stolen from post box]. There is no such option INCLUDING sending screen grabs to another device to then photograph.For my money they should be at 0 stars, they just made everything more difficult. and Linkedin, you deserve the same for the impossible verification process you force but not support.
Do not trust this company. They collected my ID for LinkedIn verification, but LinkedIn claimed they never received it from them. When I tried to reach out to Persona for clarification, I received no response. I strongly advise against using this company or submitting any personal IDs through their platform.
