Great communication from these guys. Although the exchange did not result in my being able to purchase the now-discontinued watch I am actively looking for, I was absolutely impressed by how accessible and forthcoming Theodore was in his response.
Skin Diver Professional 50th Anniversary Moon Landing. Waterproof gasket failed causing ingress of water into display. Watch outside 2yr guarantee period. Matter resolved by servicing dept quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. Good communication from Audrey in servicing/sales. Satisfied customer.
The Wolbrook company reached out to me several times to ask about the watch, and my experience buying. They really care about the product and the customer. As I am in the USA, I was made to pay the import tariff and they checked on that process as well. For the quartz models, expect about 60-65 dollars which DHL (excellent delivery) will charge to clear customs. The automatic will be more but I don’t know how much more. I think given the quality of the watch the quartz is worth the tariff. Customs charges each piece of the watch separately, which isn’t a new thing, only now it includes watches under 800 dollars. The case, movement and bracelet and in my case the battery are assigned a separate value then added up for the tax. I liked the packaging and the bracelet very much. I’ve ordered an HGP quartz now. I highly recommend these watches especially in mecaquartz, and the company is great to do business with. You’ll be getting a timepiece that reflects historic significance and is a great reissue. The quality is much higher than the price paid, in my opinion, and represents a good value.
Gabriel is a top-shelf CSR, replying in a timely manner and very helpful. I had a warranty request, a bezel swap- it was so easy- put it in the box, sent it over, got it back in less than 2 weeks. I trusted Wolbrook more than my local watchmaker! Thanks for taking care of me.
I bought the skindiver WT watch and the quality is outstanding. Great looking watch with awesome functionality. Movement is regulated it works perfectly. The customer service was responsive, friendly and helpful and I got the watch much earlier than I expected despite some shipping uncertainty around the 29th of August.. I can't recommend them enough.
I have a Wolbrook watch that I wear often. Love the timepiece: accurate, attractive, rugged and reliable! I started having some issues recently as the watch wasn’t keeping time. I reached out to customer support and immediately they helped me troubleshoot and then sent me a label to ship it to them. The received it, repaired it and shipped it back to me quickly and with great communication. Couldn’t be happier. Super satisfied with the product, service and care!
