No support or customer service

No support or customer service. Riddled with server issues and other errors which you can’t clear. Forces you into using a portal but only a portal admin can report a problem, which is great if that person is on annual leave etc. Happy to charge over double the market rate for the privilege as well

Zero Customer Service

I received no help whatsoever from this company's customer service. The best answer I could get was, enter whatever data you want into our tax software. Also, after entering 800 entries, their program deleted 400! Useless!
