This is my second time purchasing from Woodchuck Sato! The first time I purchased a slingback, my order took quite a while to ship out and I got worried so I contacted customer service. They replied almost instantaneously and said they would expedite my order, and provided me with a link where I could track my package at every step of the way! When I received my order, the shoes were well packaged and fit wellFor my second order, I got the classic flats. My order took a little less than a week to arrive and it came well packaged as well. Though the shoes were a little too big on me (I should have checked the actual measurements instead of just picking out my usual size), a heel pad did the trick to help my flats fit a little more snuggly :)Overrall great product and great customer service as well.
