I ordered a watch in both gold and stainless steel, but what I received was a low-quality replica that took 18 days to reach me. The watch lacks the logo advertised and instead has a completely different one, which is readily available online for a fraction of the price. I actually received the cheaper version, and it looks exactly the same. I couldn’t include links or images, but it’s easy to find on various platforms. Furthermore, their return policy forces me to pay for the shipping back to another country, which is quite expensive. Given the misleading information and poor service I've encountered, I am skeptical about receiving any refund, including for the shipping. Very disappointing experience.
