Purchased a lead for my pup, order arrived when I wasn’t in and got stolen. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and haven’t heard anything. No one from the courier or store will come back to me. Really disappointed! It wasn’t cheap either!

I saw the lead and thought it looked like a brilliant hands free design (which I’ve been on the hunt for, for a while). For the price, it needed to be perfect or it would have been returned. It is absolutely prefect though and has been very thoughtfully designed. I love the easy clip off to attach to tables etc, the little hook to clip the lead to when the dog is off lead and super easy to wear around the waist or over the shoulder
